What is your return policy?

We sell the best products in the business and stand behind their quality. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you have 30 days from the time you receive it to return it to our facility in resale condition. If you have experienced issues with your product after the allotted return time, please contact us to discuss the possibility of a replacement or exchange. We do NOT issue return shipping labels. You are responsible for all shipping fees to return merchandise to us.

No returns are allowed on discontinued items as they are being phased out.  All discontinued items are final sale.

Do you offer exchanges?

After you process your return with us, simply place a new order!

What if I receive a damaged product?

Please contact us immediately. We will send you a return shipping label and deliver a replacement, free of charge, once the original product has been returned to our facility.

Is there warranty coverage on the products you sell?

Warranty coverage varies from product to product. For some products you would go directly to the manufacturer, while others may require our assistance.  Please contact us regarding any warranty questions or requests.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer FREE SHIPPING to the continental United States on just about everything. There are a few exceptions for especially large and heavy items.

Do you ship internationally?

Just about anywhere! Though we can't offer you free shipping :(
